This page contains information for institutions, corporations, and organizations who wish to purchase licenses "on account" (purchase orders). This information does NOT pertain to individual orders and student license orders.

How to Place a Purchase Order

Placing a purchase order is a simple and straight-forward process:

  1. Obtain a written quote (good for 14 days) through our automated system. Click this link to learn how.
  2. Submit your order by email, fax, or mail to the address given here.

Submitting Your Order

Please make absolutely sure to provide the following:

  • The written quote (click here to learn how to obtain it)
  • The name to which the product should be licensed
  • Your billing address and, if applicable, delivery address
  • Contact name, phone number and (if available) fax number
  • The e-mail address for the order confirmation and invoice and, if different, the e-mail address for delivery
Institutional Purchase Orders can only be accepted on official letterhead or accompanied by an official institutional order form.

Offline Ordering Address

Fax or mail your order including the written quote to one of the addresses shown on this page. Orders WITHOUT the accompanying quote cannot be processed!
