Help with Orders
All orders and order-related issues are handled by our sales fulfillment partner, cleverbridge Inc. To place an order, and for questions relating to an order you have already placed (e.g., a missing CD), please contact the cleverbridge AG , or see below.
We frequently publish updates and service packs. They are not only bug fixes, but most of the time they introduce useful and valuable new features, thus expanding the capabilities of ATLAS.ti still further. So, it is definitely worth making it a habit to regularly check for the latest releases.
Reporting a Bug
When an error occurs during operation of ATLAS.ti, the user is offered a comfortable way to provide information about this problem to our technical support staff. Along with a log of errors some technical information about the computer, Windows settings and content of ATLAS.ti-related folders is compiled into one compressed file (extension ".atlrep"). This archive file is located in the user system folder.
